I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have had a private counseling practice for over 21 years. I am also an Instructor in the Dept. of OB/GYN for Oregon Health and Sciences University and the clinic counselor for University Fertility Consultants at OHSU for the past 20 years . I am on the Ethics Panel for University Fertility Consultants. I am the only L.C.S.W. in Oregon that is a member of The American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Mental Health Professional Group.

I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from Portland State University and have two years post-masters training at the Institute for Family Centered Therapy. I have education and expertise in both individual and couple counseling. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers and licensed to practice in Oregon.

In addition, I have worked in the adoption field counseling both adoptive parents and birth parents for several Oregon adoption agencies and adoption attorneys. I also have trained and worked in psychiatry for Portland Oregon hospitals.

I have presented at national conferences on topics related to infertility and presented regionally at many conferences for Resolve, Oregon Health and Sciences University, and the National Perinatal Conference.
